Posting a listing is free, and there are no recurring charges. You earn 85% from each rental. At the end of each month, your transactions are totaled, and the amount is transferred to your bank account no later than the 10th day of the following month.
A 15% service fee applies to transactions that fail due to the owner’s fault after the rental period has been confirmed and the renter has paid. This amount will be deducted from future transactions.
